MR. ANANY RAI

Mr. Anany Rai is a fresh law graduate from University School of Law and Legal Studies, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. He is a keen learner with a passion to understand and apply the nuances of law and the legal system. Throughout his law school, he has been an active participant in various academic and professional skill development activities. He completed the ‘Workshop on Capacity Building of Law Graduates Prior to their Enrolment as Advocates’ organised by the Delhi Judicial Academy. He also attended the CLEA-Commonwealth Attorneys and Solicitors General Conference CASGC’24 held at Vigyan Bhawan, Delhi.

He was also an active member of the Moot Court Society and apart from participating and mentoring in competitions, he played a pivotal role in the organisation of 1st Prof. Christof Heyns India Moot Competition and 1st NHRC-USLLS National Moot Competition.

He has a keen interest in Law and Emerging Technology, International Law and Commercial Laws. His Dissertation titled ‘Tackling the Emerging Challenges of Cyber Fraud and Data Security in the Era of AI: Analysing the Legal Framework of India and EU’ is a significant effort in understanding the complexities and challenges of this field. He has also participated in Law Conferences such as ‘Law and Economics’ and ‘Roadmap for Law in the Development of New India’.

He interned at various district courts and legal forums of Delhi and also interned with the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.

After joining Aecus Legal, he has been actively engaged in Research and Drafting over varied cases and has been agile in Courtroom Proceedings before various forums, Briefing Conferences and Client-Counselling.
