MR. TANVIR NAYAR

Mr. Tanvir Nayar is an Advocate-on-Record in the Supreme Court of India and has about twelve (12) years of experience across a broad range of constitutional, commercial, civil, intellectual property, consumer, real estate, regulatory litigation and Debt, Corporate Finance, Capital Markets and Foreign Investments. He has wide ranging experience of litigation in Indian courts, including before the Supreme Court of India, the High Court at Delhi, the District Courts, Consumer Courts and other Tribunals at Delhi. He is regularly retained by clients seeking legal advice on contesting disputes in Courts across the country. He is also an empaneled advocate with the High Court of Delhi (Middle Income Group) Legal Aid Society.

Prior to being associated with Aecus Legal, Tanvir has worked for three (3) years as an Associate Advocate with Hon’ble Ms. Justice Indu Malhotra, prior to her elevation as a Judge of the Supreme Court of India. He has also spent two (2) years at SB Partners, Advocates and Consultants, Gurgaon having extensive experience in advising clients on Debt, Corporate Finance, Banking and Finance, Capital Markets and Foreign Investments transactions. Prior to that, he has spent 1 year with SG Solicitors, New Delhi where he represented clients at various Courts in New Delhi.
